Bringing Baby Home (BBH)
A workshop for expectant couples and parents of infants developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman and the Relationship Research Institute. Each BBH workshop takes place over two Saturdays from 9am - 4pm. Learn more.

Father's First Steps
Join a group of new dads with new babies in arms to discover your unique relationship with your child and the importance of this father-to-baby bonding. Feel confident in your ability to nurture your baby and learn to foster a healthy attachment. Learn more.
Cost: $120 per father and baby. Microsoft EAP Benefits may apply. Fridays - 2:30-4:00pm.
Each of our groups is facilitated by an expert in early emotional development, father-infant relationships, and attachment issues. Father's First Steps is a six-week group for fathers and their babies up to 9-months old.
