In our first sessions we will explore what has led you to seek therapy, identify your goals and aspirations, and develop a plan for working together. I will explain the process of therapy and my approach to the therapeutic relationship.
My training includes psychodynamic psychotherapy, child-directed play therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. With a focus on attachment theory and child development, including how people are impacted by their early experiences and first relationships, I work well with school-age children, adults, couples, and families.
