Sometimes you may feel stuck and unable to see how to move on. Or, perhaps, you still experience a noticeable amount of angst or an undercurrent of sadness even at times when life seems normal. In therapy, we will create a space and time for you to look at your life and to broaden the understanding of your life experiences. Together we will explore how past events and relationships influenced your present ways of dealing with life situations.

I provide therapy to individuals and couples. I am experienced working with depression, anxiety, work issues, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and grief and loss issues. A significant part of my work includes working with infertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum issues, as well as parenting throughout the life span. I work extensively on individuals’ cross-cultural issues such as reconciling multicultural identity, adjusting to life in a new country and cross-cultural marriage. I am fluent in the Russian language.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a certified Gottman Educator. I also lead Bringing Baby Home Workshops at Wellspring Counseling as part of the New Parents Services Program.
