You are not alone if you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with relationships, or are troubled by past traumatic experiences. Many people are confused or unsure how to bring a sense of wellness into their lives or how to deal with current stress. Parents often have concerns about their child or adolescent and are not sure what to do next. Couples are often seeking ways to find work and life balance as well as ways to increase communication and intimacy.

If the challenges you are facing are impacting your life, my therapeutic approach can help. My approach includes mindfulness and a mind/body focus in addressing feelings of depression and anxiety. Kids enjoy mindfulness and relaxation too! Playfulness and creativity are an integral part of my approach to therapeutic work with children. If you are a parent, we will work closely together to address your concerns about your family. With extensive training and success in psychodynamic and narrative therapy, I offer individuals a safe relationship to explore concerns, increase self-awareness, and integrate difficult emotions and experiences.

My passion is to help clients navigate life’s challenges and heal from painful experiences. Respect, non-judgment, and confidentiality are important to our work together. During a first session, you can expect that I will listen to your concerns, introduce you to the therapeutic process, learn more about your life story, and collaborate with you to develop a plan for moving forward.

Call to schedule an appointment: 206-524-9055. Together we will work towards wellbeing and an enriched life for you and your family.
