Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or other concerns that interfere with your goals and ability to enjoy life? Perhaps you are stressed because of a life transition, or you want to develop more satisfying connections with others.

There are times when we all feel stuck, unhappy, and confused. Life can be unsettling when we find that we are repeating patterns or stay caught in emotional binds we can’t seem to find our way out of. Change, though, can be challenging without outside help.

I provide a safe and confidential environment where we’ll work together to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and past experience impact how you respond to life’s challenges. I will listen carefully and respectfully to you as we work together to understand, approach, and work out your concerns. Together we will discern what is most important to you, and explore and better understand the difficulties you are experiencing so you can move forward more easily in areas where you previously felt stuck.

A therapist for over 20 years, I've had the privilege of assisting individuals and families as they work through challenges that interfere with a satisfying life. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and children, and I welcome people from all types of families.
