I believe we all encounter situations in our lives when we can become confused, frustrated, frightened, and perhaps overwhelmed. From my experience, upsetting responses to current life situations are often rooted in past experiences. Beliefs about ourselves and others are based on those early experiences, often causing us to react in ways that result in disruptive consequences. Through a gentle, supportive exploration of your thoughts, beliefs, and emotional responses, I can help you see a clearer picture of options as they emerge.

As a clinical psychologist I offer an approach to therapy that includes a mindful, goal-directed plan to address the areas of your life and your relationships that may not be working as well as you would like. My goal is to help you reach a deeper understanding of yourself and to empower you to make those changes that will result in self-confidence and life satisfaction.

I work with individuals, children, and couples, providing a safe, supportive environment with the goal of developing and implementing effective change.

When you’re ready, call 206-524-9055 to begin. I look forward to working with you.
