Do you struggle with day-to-day life tasks? Has living in the wake of past experiences become overwhelming? If so, I can help.

In our work together you’ll find healing and the space to process, explore, and feel more effective in your everyday experience. You’ll begin to better understand your internal experiences and feelings, your current and past relationships, and how you interact with the world around you as you move towards increased mental wellness.

I bring an interpersonal and psychodynamic perspective to my work; however, there is no one approach that works for every client so I incorporate various modalities when appropriate. Also, I feel it is important within my work with each client for us to create a collaborative and interactive therapeutic relationship; my clients are the experts on themselves, so their goals, opinions, feelings, and values are strongly recognized throughout the therapeutic process.

My educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington and an M.A. in Psychology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.

We often forget that mental wellness is just as important and valuable as physical wellness. That’s where I can be of service. Please contact me to get started: 206-524-9055.
