Wellspring’s 2025 Legislative Priorities focus on advancing policies that promote housing stability, protect vital support services, and prevent homelessness before it begins. This year, we are advocating for the following key initiatives:

• Early ECEAP: Protecting full-day, year-round childcare for children from low-income families, ensuring access to critical early education and wraparound services.
• Housing Trust Fund: Supporting Washington’s primary source of funding for affordable housing, with a proposed $536 million investment to build and preserve safe, stable homes.
