Most people have areas of our lives that we don’t feel “work” quite as well as we might like. Our ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving affect our relationships, our health, our work, and our overall satisfaction with our lives.  Patterns you may have identified in your life have been affected by complex factors such as your cultural upbringing, physical and emotional issues, social connections, early childhood experiences, and other family history. If you want to make changes in your life, I can help.

In a collaborative process that focuses on helping you address your goals for changes in your life we will explore both past and current issues to address the changes you would like to make. Together we will address what’s getting in your way and focus on specific changes that work for you.

I will support and encourage your strengths as well as help you consider alternatives in areas that have prevented you from reaching your goals. My ultimate aim is to support your efforts to livea fuller, more rewarding life.

I have been a practicing psychologist for 25 years providing  individual, couple and family therapy. I have specialized training and experience in issues related to traumatic life experiences, chronic and life-threatening illness, and issues related to life transitions.
