Benefits

  • Can employees continue to see the same therapist after December 2?

If an employee has an existing authorization for sessions, it can be used through December 31, 2024. Some therapists currently in Wellspring’s network are already contracted with CuraLinc, while others are not. Wellspring and CuraLinc are collaborating to add as many of these therapists as possible to the CuraLinc network. If an employee wishes to continue seeing their therapist in 2025 and the therapist is not yet in the CuraLinc network, the employee can inform their therapist and encourage them to consider joining.

  • Will employees' EAP benefits change with CuraLinc?

The core benefits and eligibility will remain the same, with the addition of enhanced online resources.

  • Do employees need to complete their Will Kit process before 2025?

We are still confirming details with CLC about how the Will Kit process will transition. While it’s likely that once a referral is initiated with CLC, it can continue until completion, we currently do not have information about any potential time limits. Additional details will be shared as soon as they become available

  • Are the number of counseling sessions changing?

No. The number of counseling sessions will remain the same.

  • What should I expect regarding invoices during the transition?

Wellspring invoices on a monthly basis for the current month. Here’s what to expect during the transition:

    • November PEPM/Annual Fees: Final invoices for November will be issued by Wellspring in late November.
    • Management Services/Fee Sessions in November: These will be invoiced by Wellspring in early December.
    • Past Due Balances: Wellspring will also send statements for any past due balances.

If you have further questions, please reach out to your Wellspring account executive for clarification.

  • Which company should I pay starting in December?

Please pay the company that issued the invoice. If the invoice is from Wellspring, for services provided up to November 2024, payment should be made to Wellspring, even if the payment is processed after the transition date.
