Wellspring Family Services is pleased to announce that Chase Alford, Ethan Norris and Jeff Turner have been appointed to the Board of Directors, expanding the number of Board members to eighteen.

They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in specific areas that will expand and grow the leadership of the Board, and our mission in the community.”Tousely Brain Stephens, where he focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and construction litigation, insurance coverage, and intellectual property litigation. Alvord received his J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law, and his bachelor’s degree from Furman University. He has been previously recognized by the Washington State Bar Association for his pro bono service in the local community.
Alvarez & Marsal Healthcare Industry Group (A&M), where he serves an officer and advisor to a range of clients in the healthcare industry. He helps healthcare organizations achieve sustainability; develop new programs and community partnerships; navigate challenging situations; evaluate, implement and quantify policy changes and strategic initiatives; conduct internal investigations; and act as liaison between regulators and key stakeholders. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington. Praxis HR, a human resources and organizational development consulting firm. Turner previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Aegis Living, Associate Dean and Assistant Professor of Management for the School of Business at Hardin-Simmons University, and has held leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies. Turner currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Albers School of Business at Seattle University. He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Alvord, Norris, and Turner began their first three-year term in September 2014.
