If you’re looking for space to run your nonprofit or host in-person clients for your counselling practice, our ready-to-go offices are a perfect fit. We look forward to welcoming you into our building, below are some highlights and details on the available spaces.
Building features:
1900 Rainier Avenue South, Seattle WA
- Owned and partially occupied by Wellspring Family Services.
- Easily accessible from major freeways, situated south of I-90 at the border of the Atlantic/North Beacon Hill neighborhoods.
- 88 walk score, 69 transit score, 84 biking score (walkscore.com).
- Modern, open and light-filled property built in 2009, certified LEED Silver by the Green Building Council.
- Security cameras throughout the building and property for peace of mind.
Shared building amenities available to tenants:
- High-speed internet
- Conference rooms within the building for meetings with up to 15 people are available to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis
- Visitor parking in building lot
- Tenant parking in building or adjacent lot (subject to availability), street parking is also available in the area
- Lounge/breakroom with full kitchen, coffee machine, view of Mount Rainier, and wellness area with showers
Counseling suite specific features:
- Suite geared towards in-person client services
- Waiting room for this suite only
- Client exit door separate from the waiting room
- Group room (only accessible to Counseling Suite tenants) for up to 20 people can be reserved on a first come, first-served basis
Spaces available for lease:
Fully furnished individual offices approximately 150sqft, located within a secured suite.
3 available in general suite
5 available in Counseling suite suitable for seeing in-person clients.
Whole suites are also available for larger tenants, one at approximately 2,500sqft, and the other at approximately 5,500sqft.
