Director of Employee Assistance Program Services
Trisha Aldrich has served as Director of the Employee Assistance Program since 2018. She honed her expertise as an Employee Assistance Professional and leader over the past 15 years at Wellspring, joining the program as a triage specialist before moving into account management and then holding a series of leadership roles.
She has represented Wellspring by previously serving as Vice President on the Board for the Northwest Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association. Trisha earned her Human Resources Management Certificate via the University of Washington program and holds the SHRM – Senior Certified Professional (SCP) credentials. She has a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Diego, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington State University with a BS in Psychology.
